How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times can vary depending on how many impressions you are having done of your child/children – allow approx 30-45mins which allows you plenty of time to also pick your custom colours for your frame.

Are the materials safe for my child?
All our Moulding Products are 100% non toxic and baby safe – they have been tested, approved and registered with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), making it perfect for your child.

How are the moulds taken?
Using our baby safe materials we mix our together our moulding powder and place the child’s hand/foot into a mould – which can them take up to 1-2 minutes to set, depending on the child’s age – the hand/foot is then removed without any mess on your child., and the process is repeated for each impression.

Where can I have my impressions taken?
You have a few options on where you would like your impressions done by appointment -

- ‘Angel Baby’ Visits, where we can take the moulding of your beautiful sleeping baby at hospital/ funeral home if required.

What is the best age to have them done?
This is really personal preference, we can do anything from 0-99 years+, Babies under the age of 2mths will generally have a fist look impression of their hand as this is their natural reflex at this age - but they look oh so cute when they are done so small.

How long does it take for my impressions to be completed after my appointment?
Once we have taken your impressions, you will receive your completed frame within a 3-4 week period. Should you require it earlier (1-2weeks) please advise when booking your appointment.

We certainly do – they are available in our Online Store.

How many impressions can I have in one frame?
We have our standard frame sizes, which we show you samples of at your appointment, our samples can also be viewed on our Photos and Price page, we can also custom design and frame to suit you requirements.
